My show is going to be:

A show that we want people from outside the organization to come to

A show that will be for a large group of people from inside the organization and their invitees

A show that will be for a large group of people only from inside the organization

A show that will be for a small group of people only from inside the organization

For purposes of this question a small group of people is 50 or less.  Our average show is for about 150-200, although we've done shows with 1,000 people in attendance.  But shows of 50 or less have some different "design considerations," so that's what we'd use for answering the question.
