Joe started doing improv in the 1990's -- not that he's been doing it constantly since then. He's taken breaks to eat, sleep and stuff like that. I mean who could keep that up for almost two decades?

Like the other Sticks, Joe got his training at ComedySportz in Milwaukee where he also played professionally. He joined the Sticks in 2008 after a rigorous application process Whit developed after seeing the movie the Right Stuff. Unfortunatley the money spent on the Gyrotron (16G's Joe -- Way to go!) kept the Sticks from being able to embark on their tour of the Antarctic continent.
